Peter is the President of the Chartered Global Investment Analyst Institute (CGIA Institute). He is a finance and accounting expert with over 40 years of professional experience.
He started his career as an accountant at the British Diplomatic Service / Foreign & Commonwealth Office in London, and then held other private-sector senior accounting roles before, in 1979, moving to the USA, where he worked mostly in the above-mentioned fields of specialization.
He had been an adjunct professor at the business schools of both Golden Gate University and Southern New Hampshire University in the USA. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance (distinction), obtained at Bentley University (USA) in 1988.

Rev. Daniel Ogbarmey Tetteh is currently the Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana, and Chairman of the West Africa Securities Regulators Association (WASRA). He is also the Chairman of the Ghana Investments and Securities Institute, a member of the Board of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority and a member of the Financial Stability Advisory Council in Ghana.
His working experience has revolved around lecturing and investment banking. Rev. Tetteh spent over twenty (20) years in investment banking with Databank Group where he played various roles including Head of Asset Management and Head of Research. Rev. lectured briefly in Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School from 1996 to 1998 and was also a facilitator in a Case Study in a Corporate Finance class at the Harvard Business School in 2008.

Mr. Hayford Attah Krufi is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA), Ghana.
He is a Solicitor and a Barrister and holds a Masters of Arts (MA) Education from London Metropolitan University; Post Graduate Certificate of Education from the University of London; LLM in International Investment Law from the University of North London; Bachelor of Laws and Barrister-at-Law from University of Ghana and Ghana Law School respectively.
In Ghana, he worked as a Private Legal Practitioner and also worked with the Ghana Armed Forces Legal Services. Mr. Hayford Attah Krufi is an experienced business executive with extensive knowledge and skills in institutional leadership, spanning over 30 years in both the public and private sectors in Ghana and the United Kingdom. He is also an educationist with a brilliant track record of excellent institutional turnaround and improvement.

As a financial analyst and a banker by profession, she holds an MBA in General Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Henry is the Managing Director of InvestCorp. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Firm – responsible for planning, monitoring and evaluation of policy and strategy implementation. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the overall strategic management of the Firm, chairs the Investment Committee and serves as a board member of the Firm’s managed mutual funds.
Henry worked with Merrill Lynch / Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York within the Global Energy & Power Investment Banking Group. He possesses strong origination and corporate finance skills, including leveraged finance, deal origination and corporate restructuring. Henry has extensive and key relationships in Ghana and internationally, which are critical to the success of our firm.

Prior to joining AHH, Sangu served from 2006 to 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Palm Investments Corporation (“GPIC”), a venture capital firm he founded. GPIC has invested in some of the leading healthcare and technology companies on the continent including Andela, Flutterwave, mPharma, Reliance HMO, and Rabito Clinic Limited. GPIC portfolio companies have raised over $900 million in venture financing.
Sangu has had previous work experience at Valiant Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs.

Nana Wiafe Boamah is the Chief Investment Officer of Axis Pension Trust, where he works on Strategic Asset Allocation for the Trust's assets and works with external managers to implement investment policies.
Prior to AXIS, Nana spent 3 years as the head of Corporate Finance at Algebra Securities Limited a boutique investment banking firm specializing in sell side capital raising.
He was also formerly a Senior Market Risk Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank with key responsibilities of interest rate and liquidity risk management across the Bank's banking book.
Nana graduated with a BSC degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ghana, an MPHIL degree in Finance from the same university. He became a CFA® Charterholder in 2017.
